These terms apply when you use the website at nadellc.com or an app published by NADE LLC (“Nade”, “we”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
Your account and your content
- Keep your sign-in safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- What you connect and create stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you.
- Connect only accounts and services you’re allowed to use.
Using our apps
- Don’t use our apps to break the law, to harm others, or to get around the limits of any service you connect.
- Don’t try to break, overload or reverse-engineer our services.
- Changes an app suggests, including ones drafted by AI, only take effect when you approve them. Review them before you do.
Paid plans
If an app offers paid plans, the price and what’s included are shown before you buy. Purchases made through the App Store follow Apple’s terms for billing, renewals and refunds.
No warranty
Our website and apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep them accurate and running, but we don’t promise they’ll be error-free or uninterrupted, or that they’ll catch every problem in what you run.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Nade isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of our website or apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it, or $50 if you haven’t paid us anything.
Ending things
You can stop using our apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering an app, and we’ll give notice when we reasonably can.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Missouri law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
