Privacy policy

This policy covers the website at nadellc.com and the apps NADE LLC (“Nade”, “we”) publishes. It says what we keep, why, and what you can do about it. If something here doesn’t answer your question, email privacy@nadellc.com.

This website

• No cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
• The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and its typefaces load from Google Fonts. Like any web host, they see your IP address and browser when you visit.

Apps that run on your device

Goldfish runs on your Mac. What it remembers is stored on your Mac and isn’t sent to us. When you ask an AI tool for something, Goldfish shares relevant memories with that tool on your machine, and only with tools you’ve connected. You can pause it, delete what it remembers, or remove it at any time.

Apps that connect to your other services

Some of our apps connect to services you already use (for example GitHub, Notion or Slack) to show you what runs there and what needs your attention. For those apps:

• Your account. Your name, email address, and a one-way hash of your password. We never keep the password itself.
• Your connections. The sign-ins or keys you give the app to reach your services. They’re stored encrypted and used only to read and do what you asked.
• Your workspace. The automations and sites you connect, their schedules and run history, what they make, and any notes you choose to connect.
• AI features. When you use an AI feature (for example asking a question or drafting a change), the relevant part of your workspace is sent to Anthropic’s Claude to answer. We don’t use what you connect to train AI models.
• Where it lives. On servers we rent from our hosting provider, in the United States.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your information.
• Show ads, or track you across other apps or websites.
• Share your information except as described here, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

• See and export. You can export your workspace from the app’s profile page.
• Delete. Deleting your account removes your account, workspace, history and stored connections. What you run elsewhere keeps running; we just stop looking at it.
• Ask. Email privacy@nadellc.com to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you.

Children

Our apps aren’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll tell people who use our apps before it takes effect.
